Pet Policy

The Willows gladly accepts two pets per townhome. We do accept large pets weighing up to 85 pounds, some breed restrictions apply. There is a $500.00 pet deposit for the 1st pet and a $250.00 pet deposit for the 2nd pet. $30.00 pet fee a month per pet.
